Working in perfect combination with the wire under even the highest forces, Graf flexible flat clothing prevents damage and improves parallelization of the fibers. It significantly decreases IPI values on yarn count, and the application-related card wire diameter allows an extended lifetime of up to 20% .

Flat clothing is used to retain the fibers so that carding through the cylinder wire works optimally. To avoid fiber damage, it is important that the flat clothing, working in perfect combination with the wire, reacts flexibly while still withstanding the high forces in place.

resist-O-top is progressively set without any straight gaps, favoring the removal of short fibers, the separation of trash and the elimination of neps.

The Cotton Yarn Package, consisting of the flexible flat resist-O-top C-60 (RSTO C-60) and the cylinder wire P 19 +40 S, is the perfectly matching card clothing which ensures better extended liftetime and higher process stability.
